TradeBooked, built end to end.
Our own product, and the proof behind everything we offer. A booking and payments platform for solo UK tradespeople, in use since 2025 and open since 2026, designed and built by us from the first line of code to the support inbox.
The problem
Running a small trade is chaos: missed calls, quotes on scraps of paper, invoices that never get chased. The tools on offer were either too heavy, too generic, or built for offices, not for someone working from a van.
What we built
TradeBooked turns that chaos into order: booking, quoting, invoicing and getting paid, in one product that respects the person using it. We designed and built the whole thing, more than 70 features across three plans, and we run it in production for real customers.

Why it is the proof
Every service we offer, we do for TradeBooked first: web, native mobile, payments, applied AI, design. It ran quietly with working tradespeople from 2025, opened its doors in 2026, handles real money for real businesses through Stripe, and we still maintain it every day. That is a very different thing from a portfolio of things that shipped once and were handed off.
Built on the same principles
We scoped TradeBooked to what tradespeople actually need, and left out what they do not. Less to maintain, quicker to ship, and honest with the people who depend on it. The right build, not the big build.
